Always On: Social Media Ads Campaign — Wordline
As part of Worldline’s “Always On” marketing campaign, I contributed to the production of a large series of motion design videos for social media advertising. The objective of this annual campaign is to promote Worldline’s payment products and merchant solutions to businesses across Europe through continuous digital visibility.
Designed as a multi-phase campaign (up to six waves per year depending on seasons, product launches, or promotional periods such as summer and winter), the strategy follows a classic SEE / THINK / DO marketing funnel:
- SEE — show the products to merchants
- THINK — create a need
- DO — encourage them to buy
More than ten designers — including graphic designers, motion designers, and web integrators — collaborated on this project. Because of the scale of production, rigorous file management and collaborative workflows were essential to keep assets organized and ensure a smooth production pipeline across teams.
On the motion design side, the goal was to produce adaptable video assets for paid social campaigns distributed across several advertising platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
The campaign targeted four major European regions:
- Switzerland (English, German, French, Italian)
- Benelux (English, Dutch, Flemish, French)
- Nordics (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
- CEE – Central & Eastern Europe (Czech, Hungarian, Polish)
Each campaign asset had to be localized and adapted across multiple languages, markets, and advertising formats, including:
- Meta: 4:5, 9:16, 16:9
- TikTok: 9:16
- YouTube: 9:16, 16:9
- HTML display formats: 300×250, 300×600, 970×250
Beyond simple translation, many markets required specific product interfaces, localized messaging, and tailored visual elements, which meant continuously adjusting graphics, typography, UI visuals, and animations to maintain both brand consistency and local relevance.
This project required a strong focus on scalable motion design systems, efficient asset production, and the ability to deliver high volumes of advertising creatives optimized for performance marketing, social media campaigns, and multi-platform distribution.
