Explainer Motion Design for CSE — MACIF
Understanding regulatory changes can be complex, especially when they impact an organization’s structure, governance, and employee representation. Legal texts are often long, technical, and difficult to interpret, making internal communication a real challenge.
For this project, MACIF chose motion design as a clear and accessible way to explain the creation of a unified CSE (Comité Social et Économique) following the Macron ordinances. The goal was to translate a dense institutional subject into an illustrated and engaging video, making key information understandable for all employees.
Through simplified visuals, animated diagrams, and structured storytelling, the video explains:
- what the CSE is and why it was introduced
- how MACIF’s new social organization is structured
- the role of employee representatives and commissions
- how this new system works in practice for employees
This project highlights how motion design can turn complex regulatory and HR topics into clear, digestible content, supporting internal communication and change management within large organizations.
